About the role: As an operational buyer with warehouse responsibility, you are a key person in our maintenance operations for the Östgötapendeln train service. You are responsible for ensuring material availability through purchasing, warehousing, and system administration. The role also includes goods receiving, exception handling, and responsibility for environmental and chemical management at the depot. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to efficient maintenance operations, ensuring our trains run safely and on time.

Main responsibilities:

• Goods receiving, delivery, and warehousing
• Purchasing spare parts and controlling inventory levels
• Picking and planning according to the maintenance schedule
• Handling orders in the Hexagon-EAM maintenance system
• Reporting and handling exceptions in Transdev's systems
• Improvement work to develop operations
• Environmental and chemical responsibility, including updating chemical lists, inventorying chemicals, and managing storage and disposal.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive. You work in a structured and efficient manner, even when the workload increases, and have the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure. You thrive in collaboration and contribute to a positive and helpful work environment.

• Requirement: Technical high school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Post-secondary education is an advantage
• Experience from warehouse operations in a similar role is preferred
• Experience in operational purchasing is highly valued
• Requirement: Valid B-driver's license
• Advantage: Forklift license and overhead crane certification
• Advantage: ADR certificate for loading and unloading dangerous goods
• Requirement: Proficiency in computer systems
• Requirement: Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Scope: Full-time

Salary: Individual salary setting, monthly salary
Other information: Travel to other Transdev operations may occur for knowledge exchange.
